SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver throughout Singapore except for restricted areas. There is no delivery to Changi Airport Transit Lounges, Military Bases, Paya Lebar Airport Communication Centre and other Offshore Islands eg Sentosa.
We deliver for free as long as the purchased amount after GST is at least $100. Otherwise, the following shall apply:
Additional delivery charges may apply for delivery locations with NO LIFTS . If your delivery location does not have any lift access, please indicate this in the Remarks section upon checkout.

SELF PICK-UP
You can do a store pickup of your order after checkout at no extra charges too! Our sales staff will contact you when your order is ready for pickup. We endeavour to process your order within 2-3 working days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
However, in the event that you need to collect your items urgently, please contact our staff first to verify that your order is ready, before coming down to our premises.
