Benefits of Beeswax
Beeswax is the only form of natural wax that does not undergo chemical processing. Paraffin wax is petroleum-based and a by-product of crude oil. Although soy and palm wax is derived from vegetable matter, both have to be processed to obtain wax.
Benefits of Pure Rosewood-Wood Wicks
- The candle may last longer - Wood wicks tend to burn slower compared to other kinds of wicks, making candles have a slightly longer lifespan.
- Crackling ambience - Wood wicks produce a soft and subtle crackle sound after lighting up, reminiscing the sound of a bonfire.
- Wider scent throw - Wood wicks diffuse more heat into the wax, hence pushing up more scent throw into the area. It will achieve a more evenly burn over time.
- Sustainability - Our wood wicks are pure rosewood harvested with sustainable forestry methods. Wood is also renewable and biodegradable.
- Minima Soot Production - Produces minimal soot when burned, contributing to cleaner air quality and a healthier indoor environment.
A beautiful scent is a self-expression that makes a statement of a love for discreet refinement. Reed diffusers are well-loved for their flame-free and low-maintenance appeal, dispersing the scent easily into the surrounding air. Place a reed diffuser in sitting areas or near doors as a welcome greeting.
How To Use:
- Unscrew the black lid and remove the rubber sealer from the glass vase.
- Insert 3 to 5 unused reed sticks into the diffuser and allow 20 to 30 minutes for the initial absorption of the home scent.
- Add more reeds if you want to increase the scent intensity.
- Flip the reeds and expose the saturated ends to the environment for scent diffusion.
- Flip the reed sticks every 1 - 2 weeks to refresh the scent.
Caution:
- Do not ingest.
- Keep away from high heat or open flame.
- Always place the diffuser in safe areas away from children, pets, or places where it may be knocked over.
- Handle with care to prevent spillage onto painted or plastic surfaces. If that occurs, wipe away immediately.
- Place a coaster or plate under your diffuser to prevent oil drips from damaging furniture.
Diffusion Rates:
Reeds
60ml - 1 month
150ml - 2 ~ 3 months
Hot dry weather, air-conditioning, drafts, seasonal changes, and the number of reeds used are factors that affect the diffusion strength and rate. Keep out of strong sunlight or direct air-conditioning drafts to reduce rapid evaporation. For optimal performance, fibre reeds should be replaced every 2-3 months. Rattan reeds should be replaced every 2-4 months.
Candle
The average burning times for the candles:
150g (2 rosewood-wood wicks): 12 to 15 hours
For optimal burn, clean off any charred wood from the previous use.
It is normal that the flame height may vary at times, sometimes appearing to self-extinguish. Even if you are experiencing a low flame, it will continue to heat and the flame height should return. If you notice any smudges on the candle surface, it can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth.
